How do we place the orders?

  • We have displayed our entire range in our site which we have designed only for re-sellers
  • You select the Album name and Design number that you would like to order along with quantity and email us.
  • If you require stitching- then please mention in your email with sizes.
  • Once we receive the order- we will check availability and send you an invoice.
  • Once we get payment, we will start your order.

What is the mode of payment?
We accept payment via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Money Gram

What is the mode of shipment?

  • International Parcels- We use FedEx, Aramex, and DHL.  We use these three companies to send international parcels.
  • Within India Parcels- We use FedEx by Air, FedEx by Road and Various transports.  It vary parcel to parcel and as per requirements of the buyers.

 

What is the Delivery time?

  • Our delivery time depend upon the order.  As sometime we have items in ready stock and sometime we don’t have in our stock. 
  • We take 7 days to 25 days to deliver the goods. 
  • We always give approx delivery time at the time of placing the order.  Delivery time can be fluctuated 5 days earlier or more.  But we intimate the buyers beforehand.

 

How to get assurance of good quality?
We maintain an Export quality and have a separate checking and finishing department where our goods get checked before final packing for ship the goods.  We always make sure that our goods meet buyer’s specification and requirements.  

Are you Manufacturers or Traders?
We are Manufacturers and Wholesalers dealing in Garments and Fashion accessories since 1998. 
Manufacturing Products- We have our own manufacturing unit for Hand Embroidery Suits (Readymade and Unstitched), Kurtis, Kaftans, Sarees, Lehengas and Clutch Purses.
Our Trading Items- As we want to offer wide range to our customers, so there are some items which we source from different Mills from all part of India.  We source our items from Mumbai, Surat, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Bangalore, Tripur etc.  The items that we are sourcing from other Mills are Suits, Sarees which have Computerized Embroidery. 

(In brief, all the items with Hand Embroidery are our production and rest products with Computerized Embroideries- we are wholesaling)

What is the return policy?

  • We don’t work on Consignment basis so we don’t take returns. 
  • If there is a damage in the items or by mistake you have got different items which you haven’t ordered- that we take returns) within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

We have established in more than 50 Countries where we are exporting our items since 2000.  Some of the countries are:

Can we visit and check the material?

  • Yes, we welcome you to visit our office address at B48, Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad-201011 (U.P.) India.
  • You can see our work and check fabric quality.
  • We don’t keep stock of all the items displayed in our Website, but yes you can see few items which will give you an idea of quality and workmanship.
  • Visiting hours are 11am to 5pm from Monday to Friday on prior appointment.

 

Are the prices displayed a wholesale or retail?
We have displayed wholesale prices in our website for our clients.
We don’t deal individuals to buy our items on these prices.
This website is made only for Re-sellers.

What is the discount policy?
We give discount on our wholesale prices which is fixed for all our Buyers- and displayed in our website.

What is the Minimum Order Requirement?
Dress Material-
Prices below 1000 Rs- we require 1 full catalogue orders.
Prices above 1001 Rs- we don’t have Minimum order requirement.

Kurtis-
Prices below 1000 Rs- we require 12 Pcs or 24 pcs per design- displayed our MOQ in Albums.
Prices above 1001 Rs- we don’t have Minimum order requirement.

Sarees-
Prices below 1000 Rs- we require 6-7 designs to be ordered from same album.
Prices above 1001 Rs- we don’t have Minimum order requirement.

Lehengas-
No Minimum requirement

Clutch Bags-
We require 4 pcs per design.
Minimum order is 05 designs
(05 designs x 4 pcs= 20 pcs)

Are the products are same as shown in picture?

  • We always make sure that our clients get original items.  We never copy the items from the pictures and sell to our customers.  Copying pictures create problem which make the original item different from actual picture. 
  • There are some items we deal in- like Bollywood Replica Sarees and Suits that we copy from original celebrity’s outfits and make it in lower price range.  This we inform to the buyers beforehand.

 

What are the Fabrics used in the products?
We use different fabrics in our products like-
Georgette
Chiffon
Crepe
American Crepe
Net
Chanderi
Silk
Etc.
In our Albums and designs- you can see Fabric description as well.  Our all fabrics are of good quality and have fast colors.

Can we change our order after placing it?
Once we get your order and payment confirmation, we start your order immediately.  But if you want to change your order- do call us or email us within 2 days of time so that we can able to make changes.

Do you provide customized tailoring?
We make our outfits in standard sizes- Small to XXL.
In some outfits we have options to make plus sizes as well.  Our available sizes are displayed in our Albums.
We do customized tailoring in our unstitched suits. 
If you want customized tailoring in any other items- speak to our customer service and they will assist you.

Can I track my order?
In our website we have an option where you can login and see the updates of your order- from beginning to final shipment tracking number.

Can I add additional items to my order once it has been placed?
Yes there is a possibility to add up items in your existing order.
